རང་ཡུལ་དྲན་ཤིང་དུངས་ལ་བརྩེ།
ཕ་ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ལོག་ནས་འགྲོ
ང་ཡི་འཚོ་བ་ཆོས་དང་རིག་གཞུང་ཡིན།
ང་ཡི་གཤིས་རྒྱུད་བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཡིན།
ང་ཡི་མི་རིགས་གདོང་དམར་བོད་པ་ཡིན།
རང་ཡུལ་དྲང་ལ་རང་ཡུལ་མཆོད།
ཕ་ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ལོག་ནས་འགྲོ
གངས་རི་དཀར་པོ་ང་ཡི་སེམས་པ་ཡིན།
གངས་སེང་སྔོན་མོ་ང་ཡི་བླ་སྲོག་ཡིན།
གངས་རིའི་སྐེ་རྒྱན་ང་ཡི་ཕ་ཡུལ་ཡིན།
གངས་ལྗོངས་དྲན་ལ་གངས་ལ་དུང་།
གངས་རིའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ལོག་ནས་འགྲོ
I have a deep longing for my land
This center of heaven is Shangrila.
This core of earth is peacefulland.
This heart of the world is compassion.
Fenced surround by snow mountains are
Mt Everest, Mt Kalish, Mt Magyalbomra,
and Mt Kulum.
The head lands of all rivers are Ganges, Yearlong tsangpo,
Yangtze river, Yellow river, Mekong river,
and Samween river.
The souls of lakes are blue lake, lake Manasarovar,
Mapham tso, and Yamdor tso.
The spirit of grassland is poverty and wisdom.
All the animals are cherished and sage.
Where peaks are high and the land is pure.
The land is magnificent.
Where people are born gentle and heroic.
The people are generous and prospecous.
and act according to ten exalted virtues and three jewels.
This is the land where my wisdom shines.
This is the land where i was born.
This is snowland where i should be returned.
This land is i always deream about.
